Sustainable ANF, Stable Communities booklet – This 20-page guide was developed in partnership with the ANF for the AFA’s 2024 “Sustainable ANF, Stable Communities” events. It explains the ANF’s history, sustainable forest management, forest health issues, treatment methods and challenges, and connections between ANF management and the economic stability of local schools and communities.

What’s EATING the Trees? These lessons, created by the Friends of Flight 93 National Memorial, discuss invasive species, their effect on the environment, possible mitigation methods, and forestry careers. While they are designed for upper elementary and middle school students, they are also informative for adults.
