Forest Health Awareness handout – This 14-page guide was developed for the AFA’s 2019 Forest Health Awareness Day event.  It explains the current health of the ANF, how it impacts the communities that host the ANF, the benefits of sustainable forestry, and how you can help improve management on this forest.

What’s EATING the Trees?  These lessons, created by the Friends of Flight 93 National Memorial, discuss invasive species, their effect on the environment, possible mitigation methods, and forestry careers.  While they are designed for upper elementary and middle school students, they are also informative for adults.
